Unstable Stool
The Unstable Stool is designed with ergonomic principles to create a comfortable tilting and rocking stool which allows the user to lean forward with a straight back while using a desk or table. This is the optimal seated pose for a healthy back and rocking improves core strength. The stack-laminated sculpted seat and steam-bent asymmetrical rocker are made from local ash and the design was short-listed for The Wood Awards in 2009.
